At MaitaPaw, we are dedicated to providing products that support your pet’s mobility and well-being. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. If you cancel within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return the item within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take care in packaging your order to prevent damage. However, if your item arrives with a defect or physical damage, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Kareem@MaitaPaw.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will assess eligibility for a free replacement.
⚠️ Please note: Damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify for a refund or replacement. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are also not eligible for return or replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order quickly, but MaitaPaw is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly for updates. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend the package.
